Meet the Founder

I am an international tax adviser with over 15 years of experience across France, Luxembourg, Malta, and Jersey. I founded Kairõ to bring boutique-quality, technically rigorous advisory to clients navigating the intersection of international taxation, crypto-assets, and AEOI compliance.

My practice focuses on the areas where regulatory complexity is highest and specialist expertise is scarcest: AEOI, DAC8, CARF, crypto-assets and DeFi taxation, tax-AML integration, and international structuring for institutions and individuals operating across EU jurisdictions.

Luxembourg-based and active in Malta, I work directly with every client.
